He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anita Middleton of Warsaw, KY and Alvin Middleton; his wife Valerie McNutt Middleton; his daughter Sherri Taylor of Maysville; his granddaughter Chelsea Taylor; his great grandchildren, Rachel and Christian; his sister Dawn Smith (Joe) of Warsaw, KY.; his daughter Brandy Middleton; and his brother Jeffery Middleton.
