He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hunt and Leona Deal Hunt; his daughter Phyllis Ann Hunt Humphries; and his siblings, Herman Hunt Jr., Marie Ritchey, Nadine Workman, Loretta Hunt, Ruby DeAtley, Ann Hughes, Phyllis Kay Kelly and Christine Workman.
He is survived by: his wife Alberta Muse Hunt; his children, Joyce Loraine Wilson (Anthony) of Maysville, Floyd Bradley Hunt (Sissy) of Maysville, Gary Wayne Hunt (Brenda) of Tollesboro and James Allen Hunt (Kerry) of Maysville; and his siblings, Kenny Hunt (Janie), Frankie Hunt and Marjie Workman (Donnie). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
