He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Wallingford and Hazel Hinton Wallingford; his brothers, Dwayne Wallingford and Maurice Wallingford, Jr.; his granddaughter Meghan Gallagher; and his great grandchild Austin Wenz.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Howell Wallingford; his daughters, Charlotte Courtney (Charles), Dana Fawley and Kelly Clark; his grandchildren, Chad Fawley, Dylan Courtney, Colyn Courtney, Jaclyn Killingsworth, Wesley Evans, Griffin Evans and Harley Wenz; and his siblings, Lora Wallingford and Gerald Wallingford.
Memorial donations may be made in Eldon's name to the Mason County Animal Shelter.
