She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald W. Middleton; and her granddaughter Karen Middleton. She is survived by: her son Jerry Middleton (Kay); her granddaughter Missy Messer (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Jordan, Dalton Kindt, Joy Messer and Samatha McSuplex; and her siblings, Larry Dillon (Charlene), Velda Martin (Harold) and Jo Ann Setser.
