She was predeceased by: her father William Hitt (Billy); her grandparents, Lloyd, Margaret Hitt, Scott and Lillian Goodpaster; and her nephew Tyler Christy.

She is survived by: her friend English; her pet Dixie; her close friend Dixie; her son Douglas Chad Snedegar (Alyshia Kent) of Mt. Sterling, KY; her sisters, Sharon Christy (Don) of Maysville and Karen Ashcraft (Daryl) of Maysville; her nieces, Amanda Ashcraft of Maysville and Tara Tolliver of Lexington; and her nephew Kyle Christy (Shannon) of Charleston, SC.. She is also survived by 2 great nieces and 3 great nephews.
