With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Ray Kirkland (Maysville, Kentucky), who passed away on August 22, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bradford Kirkland and Anna Mae Beckett; his grandson Brent Howell; and his aunt Lyda "Sissy" Kirkland. He is survived by: his wife Jane Atherton; his son Trent Kirkland (Sherry) of Ewing, KY; his grandchildren, Kristen and Courtney; his children, Casey, Kirk, Raylee, Tanner and Addison; and his sisters, Barbara Jean Harris, Juanita Kirkland (Tom) and Joy Tate (Don).
COVID-19 protocols, including masks, will be observed.
In leu of flowers, the family asks for donations be made to National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled.
