He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Penny Arp of Ripley; his son Millard Franklin Arp of Florida; his grandsons, Robert Casey Weise and Ronald Tyler Hartley; and his great grandchildren, Robert Carson Price and Aubrey Shay Price.
