He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Moran Howard; his son Dennis Lee Howard (Dawn) of Ewing, KY; his grandchildren, Austin Howard and Mckenzie Howard; his stepson Christopher L. Jett of Mayslick, KY; his stepgranddaughter Kylee Cooper; his siblings, Lynda Muntz of Maysville, KY, Paula Hester (Mitch) of Maysville, KY, Becky Adams (Gary) of Aberdeen, OH, Darrell Howard of Berea, KY and Joseph Howard of Mt. Orab, OH; his sisters-in-law, Linda Fralix of Brooksville, KY, Connie Joseph (Harold) of Salyersville, KY and Anita Forsythe (Wes) of Harrison County; and his uncle Leon Howard (Wanda) of Bethel, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
