He was predeceased by: his parents, David Miller and Anita Lenora Green (Sprague); his wife Linda Green (Bailey); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Horton, Buster Bailey, Gerald Mitchell, Delores Bailey and Martha Mitchell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Gray (Sammy) of Flemingsburg and Rebecca Litton (Trey) of Flemingsburg; his grandchildren, Bailey Marie Brannon and J. D. Litton; his sister Dorothy "Dottie" Gastauer (Jim); and his sister-in-law Janice Horton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
