He was predeceased by: his father Hubert Dale; and his wife Gabriella Parker Hall. He is survived by: his children, Hubert Dale "Chip" Hall, III, David Hall (Cynthia) and Gabriella Hall; his grandchildren, Margaret Gabriella "Maggie" Hall, Melissa Ann Hall, Christian Shane Morgan, Stephanie Gabriella Heflin, Gabriella Rose Hall (Logan Vonderbrink) and Madison Dawn Hall; his great grandchild Jonah Gabriel Moore; and his sister Donna Hall Church.
Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
