She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Sylvester Worthington and Bettie Florence Shannon Worthington; and her children, Debbie and Stanley. She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Calchera (Richard) of Maysville and Barbara Ollmann (Kenneth) of Tacoma; her granddaughter Shonté Condrey (Ryan) of Sheridan; her sister Sara Nisbet of South Haven; and her grandchildren, Angela, Mark, Vanessa, Jesse, Sunshine, Tasha, Kenneth, Amber and Brandon. She is also survived by her friends, and she had a very special friend she considered like a sister.
