He is survived by: his son Jemar Garrett of Lexington, KY; his siblings, George Garrett (Norma), Elizabeth Piersawl (Julian) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Barbara Brooks (Howard) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and his granddaughter Shayla Garrett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
