He is survived by: his son David Qualls of Maysville; his brother Jerry Qualls of Maysville; his daughter-in-law Julia Qualls; his granddaughters, Brittany Habermehl (Jamez), Tiffany Qualls (David Gilliland), Sheina Kegley (Brad) and Sarah Knell (Phillip); and his nephews, Jon Qualls and Jerry Qualls (Glenda). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
