He was predeceased by: his father Charles Elmer; his wife Clora Hampton Fields; his siblings, Myrtle, Mary, Louise, Helen, Dorothy, Herbert, Jesse, Henry, Thomas and Gene; his granddaughter Lisa Fields Collins; and his daughter-in-law Janet Elaine Fields.
He is survived by: his son Jerry W. Fields of Maysville; and his grandson Michael Fields (Cindy) of Mt Olivet. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
