He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill McDowell and Audrey McDowell (Patterson); his great grandchildren, Audrie Mae and Hunter Jett; and his siblings, Mable Hardy, Norma Arthur and Eddie McDowell.
He is survived by: his wife Donna McDowell (Moran); his daughters, Cherri Reynolds (Tom) and Rachel McCann (Tim); and his grandchildren, Felisha Burns (Adam), Michael Jett (Emily), Steven Mains (Courtney), Troy Mains (Megan) and Alicia Jett. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore & Parker Funeral Home - Maysville (303 E Maple Leaf Rd, Maysville, KY 41056). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
