Allison Miller; his children, Mary Everett (Mike) of Campbellsville, Linda Thoroughman (Victor) of Maysville and Dean Miller (Nicole) of Maysville; his grandchildren, Laura Applegate (LeRoy), Jessica Simmons (Brad), Lydia Fields, Seth Everett, Sam Everett, Sarah Everett, Zachary Miller, Bailey Miller and Kelsey Miller; and his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Jaylyn, Camdyn, Abel, Andrew, Brylee and Mayleaha.
