She was predeceased by: her parents, Beatrice Ione Shaffer and Halden Francis Cobb; and her husband Gene W. Palmer. She is survived by: her son Donald L. Jones of Maysville, KY; her siblings, JoAnn Gill (Charles) of Maysville, KY and Steven Reeves (Carl) of Maysville, KY; her niece Amy Whitlock of Florida; her nephew Adam Gill (Kaitlyn) of Maysville, KY; her cousin Linda Beebe (Tom) of Cincinnati, OH; and her pets, Rascal and Pixie. She is also survived by 3 great-nieces and 4 great-nephews that she thought of as her own grandchildren.
