She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Simpkins and Thelma Harvey Simpkins of Raleigh County, WV.. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Kelly Gene Moss of Maysville, KY; her children, Julia Rhodes (Mike) of Memphis, TN, Leigh Brewer (Rob) of Maysville, KY, Cheryl Hansen (Mark) of Vanceburg, KY, Steve Moss (Michelle) of Maysville, KY and Michael Moss (Kay) of Maysville, KY; her grandchildren, Matthew Rhodes (Quinlan), Kyle Brewer, David Brewer (Elizabeth), Micah Hansen, Ian Hansen (Catherine), Elizabeth Moss (Jonathon Deatly), Robert Moss, Kaycee Moss and Isaac Moss; her great grandchildren, John Kelly Rhodes, Sammy Rhodes, Ashley Brewer, Hailee Brewer and Sofia Hansen; and her siblings, Laura Plumley of Gainesville, FL, Carol Hampton of Shady Springs, WV, Sue Berry (David) of Maysville, KY, Mary Lynn Rodriguez (Joe) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL and Ted Simpkins (Darlene) of Pickens, SC.. She is also survived by Mother to her five children.
