He is survived by: his son Ray; his daughter-in-law Karen Haywood of Mays Lick; his grandchildren, Jody Lynn Huber (Jeff) and Ray Allen Haywood, II (Cassie); his great grandchild Declan Huber; his brothers, Donnie Haywood (Marcella) and Carl Haywood; and his sister-in-law Karen.
