Lewis; her children, Michael Wayne Welch of Alexandria, KY, Michele Traxel (Drew) of Maysville, Barton Trevor Lewis (Meredith) of Lawrenceburg, KY and Valerie Layne of Olive Hill, KY; her grandchildren, Michael Welch, Mark Welch, Regan Traxel, Lauren Traxel, McKenna Lewis, Dalton Lewis, Allaka Lewis, Brooklyn Layne and Hayden Layne; and her brothers, Phillip Moran of Maysville and Gary Moran.
