It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arvid Lewis Howell (Maysville, Kentucky), born in Mason, Kentucky, who passed away on October 31, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Arvid "Cliff" Howell, Jr.; and his grandchildren, William Brent Howell and Patrick Michael Hinson. He is survived by: his wife Patsy O'Connor Howell; his children, Dale Howell of Paris, Connie England and Cheryl Lang; and his sisters, Ruth Wallingford (Eldon) and Bette Hook. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Brent Howell Recovery Fund or Hospice of Hope.
