He was predeceased by: his siblings, Judy Noy and Butch Noy. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Cropper Noy; his daughters, Debbie Noy, Naomi Noy and Samantha Noy; his stepchildren, Dalton Hargett and Amber Shields; and his brother David Noy.
