She was predeceased by: her husband John J. "Jack" Collins; her parents, James A. Whaley and Margaret Curley Whaley; and her siblings, Virginia Belt, Marie Dickson, Betty Collins and Louis Whaley.
She is survived by: her children, Joni Collins and Joe Collins (Lori); her grandson Travis Collins; her great grandchildren, Paisley and Emma Collins; and her brother J. T. Whaley (Bernadine).
