It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Dugan (Mayslick, Kentucky), born in Maysville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Riggs and Ramona Conley Riggs. She is survived by: her husband Mitchell Dugan; her children, Amy Dugan of Springfield, KY, Lori Collins (Joe) of May's Lick, Carrie Rice (Stacy) of Flemingsburg, Rebecca Dugan of Flemingsburg and Mitchell Daniel Dugan of May's Lick; her grandchildren, Matthew Dugan, Abigail Sattler, Jackson Sattler, Asa Dugan, Jayden Dugan and Layton Rice; her brothers, Roy Riggs (Tammie), Gary Riggs, Freddy Riggs and Johnny Riggs (Nora); her half-brothers, Timmy Riggs, Tommy Riggs and Tony Riggs; her sisters, Shirley Hinton (Jim), Anna Little (Mike) and Mary Miller (Ricky); and her aunt Thelma Kirk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
