She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Murphy and Mary Helen Murphy; her son Harold Comer; and her siblings, Dr. Patrick J. Murphy, William F. Murphy II, Ella Mae Lalley and Margaret Rose Mitchell.

She is survived by: her husband William T. Comer of May's Lick; her children, Louise Gladstone of Lexington and George Comer (Calif) of Placentia; her daughter-in-law Kitty; her grandchildren, Kristen and Andrew; her great grandchild Reece; her son Greg Comer of Hartford; her daughter-in-law Kay; her grandchildren, Chris, Laura and David; her great grandchildren, Mack, Myles, Tyke, Kynze and Rowan; her daughter-in-law Antonia Comer of May's Lick; her grandson-in-law Kenton (MaKayla); her great grandchild Kenley; her son Patrick Comer (Ind) of Camby; her daughter-in-law Julie; her grandchildren, Bryan, Max and Anna; her son Charles Comer of Mount Sterling; her daughter-in-law Glenda; her grandchild Kiernan; her son Matthew Comer of Maysville; her daughter-in-law Eleanor; her granddaughters, Faith and Hope; her son Nick Comer of Winchester; her daughter-in-law Leanna; and her grandchildren, Clay and Emmie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
