He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Cooper Burton; and his siblings, Hobart, Jim Burton and Rachel Tieman. He is survived by: his children, Darlene McNeese (Benny), Jeff Burton (Penny), Harold Wayne Burton (Shannon) and Danny Burton (Barbara); his grandchildren, Todd, Troy Miller, Raejean Lopez (Enrique), Amanda Sutton (Zac), Amy Burton, Gerry Tolbert (Sara) and Kara Anderson; his great grandchildren, Clayton, Brook Anderson, Kyndall, Kaiser Sutton, Rosella, Lydia, Phoebe Tolbert and Millie Mullenix; and his sister Jean Mudd.
