She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Mullins and Alene Fleming Mullins; and her sister Eula M. Rouse. She is survived by: her husband Windle "Buck" Sparks of Mayking, Kentucky.; her children, Keith Allen Sparks (Michelle) of Bardstown, Kentucky. and Tammie Sparks of Mayking, Kentucky.; her brothers, Donald Mullins (Shirley) of Bean Station and Danny Mullins of Knoxville, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Derek Cornett (Katie), Austin Cornett (Stephine), Lane Cornett, Buckley Sparks (Ann) and Presley Michelle Sparks; and her brothers, Johnny Mullins, Phillip Mullins, James Mullins and Bobby Mullins.
