He is survived by: his wife Coleene Hart; his sons, Tony (Trena) of Mayking, Mark (Crystal) of Little Colley and Stephen (Wendy) of Clarksville; his brothers, Charles Addington (Betty) of Pleasureville, Remus Neil Hart (Irene) and Ray Hart (Wanda) of Florida; and his daughter-in-law Marie Hart Martin (Duane) of Dayton.
