He is survived by: his wife Mary Morris Fugate; his children, Phil Fugate Jr. (Margaret) of Mayking, Christopher Fugate (Deanna) of Mayking, Timothy Fugate (Gina) of Lexington and Cynthia Bolick (Steve) of North Carolina; his sisters, Donna Harris of Ohio and Brenda Lawson of Virginia; and his grandchildren, Jamie, Sam, Josh, Juanita Danyelle, Phil, Jeremiah, Gabriel, Jasmine, Shane, Natasha, Cayden and Katanna.
