Lou was predeceased by: parent Oscar Pace; grandchildren, Tabitha Spangler and Chad Fugate; and siblings, Vernon Pace, Robert Pace, Eileen Craft and Ethel Wagner.

Lou is survived by: parent Lydia Kincer Pace; children, Darius Fugate (Corina) of Middletown, O. C. Fugate (Mary Ann Boggs) of Middletown, David Fugate (Jackie) of Mayking and Nyoka Crawford (Archie) of Mayking; and sisters, Glenna Craft of Whitesburg, Charma Salyers of Batesville, Margaret Kincer of Dayton and Rebecca Meade of Millstone.
