She is survived by: her children, Tim Kiser (April) of Jenkins and Tonya Tiller (Brett) of Clintwood; her siblings, Orville Moretz of Maying and Cheryl Ratliff of Millstone; her grandchildren, Jacob Kiser, Clayton Kiser, Hailey Mullins and Hannah Tiller; her great grandchildren, Kaysen, Cami and Annie; and her close friend Billy Young.
