He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Kincer of Mayking and Anna Jo Holbrook Fields of Mayking; his daughter Olivia Joanna Kincer; his siblings, Seldon Kincer of Mayking and Elizabeth Kincer of Mayking; his stepbrother Todd Kincer of Ashland; and his grandmother Evelyn Kincer of Mayking.
