He is survived by: his children, Jack Holbrook Jr (Michelle) of Mallie, Allen Holbrook of Mayking, Deanna Holbrook of Mt Sterling and Rhonda Dempsey (Toby) of Whitwell Tennessee; his siblings, Ronnie Holbrook (Loretta) of Greenfield Indiana and Rosalie Gilliam (Roger) of Van; and his grandchildren, Jack Holbrook, Keith Holbrook, Toby Dempsey, Ashley Dempsey, Melissa Dempsey, Jonathon Dempsey and Leah Holbrook.
