He is survived by: his daughters, Vanessa Kincer of Mayking and Lana Kincer of Mayking; the mother of his children Creta Kincer of Mayking; his girlfriend Catherine Pugh of Millstone; his siblings, Steve Kincer of Mayking, Randall Kincer of Neon, Joy Adams of Mayking, Carolyn Short of Mayking, Margaret Fisher of Whitesburg, Kim Miles of Mayking, Shelia Kincer of Carlisle and Ladonna Kincer of Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Landon Kincer, Chase Kincer, Mariah Sturgill and Taylor Fields; his great grandchild Paisley Sturgill; and his close friend Kevin Wurschmidt.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Letcher Funeral Home (102 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
