With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dan Cook (Mayking, Kentucky), who passed away on March 20, 2018 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Cook of Whitesburg, Judy Gibson of Wise and Teresa Wright of Isom; his siblings, Ted Cook of Thornton, Sally Mitchell of Frankfort and Katherine Mason of Winchester; his grandchildren, Derek Cook, Michael Wright, Jonathan Wright, Ryan Gibson and Brian Gibson; and his great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Riley, Jaleigh, Jaydon, Aarron, Macie and Maxwell.

Visitation: 6:00-10:00 PM Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. favorite_border Donations Pledges.
