It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Fugate of Mayking, Kentucky, who passed away on July 1, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Fugate and Marie Mullins Fugate; and his grandchildren, Michael Fugate and Amber Fugate. He is survived by: his children, Terry Fugate of Mayking, Tony Fugate (Valerie) of Mayking and Tammy Alvardo (Lucas) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Ryan Fugate (Samantha), Andrew Fugate, Lori Fugate Swindall, Crystal Brock, Bobby Brock (Karen), Dalton Brock, Beth Sexton, Nick Sexton and Tomeika Brock; and his sister Ralpha Adams of Mayking.
