She was predeceased by: her parents, Olie Ellis and Dalna Mae Kincer; her brother Edwin Gale Kincer; and her sister-in-law Linda Carol Kincer. She is survived by: her son Marcus Wayne Kincer (Angela Mischelle Kincer); her grandson Elias Conner Warfield Kincer; her stepgrandchildren, Ian Jacob Alexander, Marrissa Lovinghelm Morrison and Lauren Nicole Keillor; her nieces, Deanna Cook, Candice Lynn Garner and Debra Kincer; her nephew Stephen Scott Kincer; and also William Virgil Kincer. She is also survived by several great-nephews as well as many other family members and friends.
She had been suffering from the effects of Parkinson's Disease for several years and spent the last three months of her life under Hospice care.
