He was predeceased by: his wife Jan Wilson Parham; his daughter Stephanie Ann Parham; his parents, Russell Parham and Era Bella Parham (Dillon); and his siblings, Jack Parham, Wanda Pritchard and Donna Rushing.

He is survived by: his sons, Jody Lee Parham and William Russell "Rusty" Parham of Pryorsburg, KY; his stepchildren, Todd Cook of Wingo, KY and Julee Hall of Paducah, KY; and his siblings, Johnny Parham of Pryorsburg, KY, Steve Parham of Wingo, KY and Wendy Holmes of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
