He was predeceased by: his sisters, Margret D'Andrea, Marcella Gonzalez, Denise Scott and Donna Montlouis; and his parents, William Richard and Betty Ann Thieman Montlouis, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Tanya Montlouis; his children, William Richard Montlouis, III of Mayfield, KY, Earl Eugene Dillion, Jr. of Wyandotte, MI, Peggy Scott of Detroit, MI, Rita Mason (Jance) of Graves County, KY and Sarah Montlouis of Mayfield, KY; and his sisters, Donnetta Thomason, Sr. (Jesse) of Detroit, MI, Catherine Weatherbee (Cedric Jackson) of Mayfield, KY, Karima Bright (Robert) of Mayfield, KY, Sylvia Cosumaro (Joseph) of Mayfield, KY, Mary Harrington (Lester) of Mayfield, KY and Holly Wilson of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
