He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Oliver Magee; his daughter Sarah Magee (Justin Mcfarland) of Murray; his siblings, Mike Magee (Linda) of Frankfort and Ava Siener (Vic) of Paducah; his foster daughters, Ashley Foster and Lizzy Cullen; and his granddaughter Emily Newberry.
