He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Keeton Greer; his parents, Henry Greer and Mae Greer of Hernando, MS; and his siblings, Whitley Greer and Dorothy McLeroy.
He is survived by: his children, Renee Doyle (Robert) of Murray, KY, John Greer (Pam) of Mayfield, KY and Robin Preston (Casey) of Mayfield, KY; his grandchildren, Nathan Doyle (Jennifer) of Murray, KY, Justin Doyle of Murray, KY, Allison Doyle of Eva, TN, Jill Lewis of Union City, TN, Jennie Goode (Lee) of Mayfield, KY, Steven Greer (Christina) of Mayfield, KY, Keeton Preston of Mayfield, KY, Emma Preston of Mayfield, KY and Alex Preston of Mayfield, KY; his brother Don Greer (Christine) of Hernando, MS; and his close friend Della Savage of Hernando, MS.. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
