He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert and Laura Belle Hayden Toon; and his brothers, James Delbert Toon and Charles Robert Toon. He is survived by: his son Mitchell Toon of Houston, TX.; his sisters, Linda Willett (Danny) of Palestine, TX, Carolyn Mills (Steve) of Colleyville, TX., Ruthie Heath (Ralph) of Lexington, S. C., Polly Toon, Margaret Ogg (Glenn) and Joanne Cobern; and his sister-in-law Lisa Toon. He is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews.
