Wayne Simmons Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Simmons of Mayfield, Kentucky, who passed away on May 29, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Karl Robert Simmons; his grandparents, Robert, Edna Simmons, Dale and Florance Schafer; his siblings, Karl Eugene Simmons and Rebecca Marie Hatton (Simmons); and his great-niece Kadynce Rylee Stadler.
He is survived by: his mother Rita Jean Simmons (Jacqueline Lee) of Bardwell, KY; his wife Jacqueline Simmons; his daughter Karly Jean Simmons; and his grandson Osbaldo Guardado (Ozzie) of Aurora, IL. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews and many cousins.
The family asks that all donations be made to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation or to the Children's Leukemia Foundation.
