He was predeceased by: his former wife Margaret Louise Willie Perkins; his wife Georgia Dew Perkins; and his parents, Osa Perkins and Sarah Elizabeth Shobe Perkins. He is survived by: his son Kenneth Perkins (Mallory) of Mayfield; his stepsons, Randy Dew (Debra) of Mayfield and Doug Dew of Mayfield; and his brothers, Ray Perkins of Mayfield and Eugene Perkins of Palmersville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
