She was predeceased by: her husband Ray T. Sasseen; her brothers, David Morris, Billy Morris, Bobby Morris and David Crawford; and her parents, Herman Morris and Annie Irene Morris Crawford.
She is survived by: her sons, Greg Sasseen (Darla) of Mayfield, KY and Monty Sasseen (Shannon) of Nashville, TN; her siblings, Harold Morris (Judy) of San Antonio, TX, Carol Johnson (Rick) of Frankfort, MI, Cindy Blalock (Ronald) of Mayfield, KY and Kay Guthrie (David) of Dublin, KY; and her grandchildren, Emily Sasseen, Houston Sasseen (Amy Vaughn), Abby Noonan (Eric), Jon Snider (Ashley) and Ryan Snider (Ashton). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Byrn Funeral Home (1020 Paris Rd, Mayfield, KY 42066). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
