She is survived by: her husband David Earl Fulcher of Mayfield, KY; her children, Christy Shelton (Brian) of Mayfield, KY, Jeff Fulcher of Farmington, KY and Corey Fulcher of Mayfield, KY; and her grandchildren, Caitlin Fulcher of Farmington, KY, Stephanie Treadway (Josh) of Mayfield, KY, Courtney Fulcher of Mayfield, KY and Aaron Gregory of Mayfield, KY. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
