He was predeceased by: his mother Dolores Ferguson; his brother Rodney Ferguson; his parents-in-law, Richard and Lenore Puckett; and his grandmother Lula Belle Puckett.
He is survived by: his friends, Tom King, Gaylon Spraggs and Leroy Harper; his wife Tara Ferguson; his sons, Cody Ferguson and Dustin Ferguson; his siblings, Scott Ferguson (Kim) and Melanie Ferguson; his sister-in-law Kim Ferguson; and his nieces and nephews, Scotty, Kelsey, Kayla, Brett, Alana, Trent, Logan and Richli. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Project Hope in Metropolis, Illinois.
