He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Garland; and his parents, Cletus Garland and Mildred Tucker Garland. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Waters of Lebanon Junction, KY, Allyson Garland of Mayfield and Tammy Lockhart of Mayfield; and his sisters, Robbie Wilford of Mayfield, Wanda Carr of Hickory and Belva Vaden of Clinton. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
