He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Ball Burnett; and his sons, Dustin Aaron Burnett and Ryan Alexander Burnett. He is survived by: his parents, Carlos Burnett and Anna Burnett of Mayfield, KY; his son Austin Kyle Burnett of Paducah, KY; his sister Shana Story (Randy) of Mayfield, KY; and his granddaughters, Isabella Nicole Burnett and Sophia Grace Burnett.
