He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mack and Myrtle Louise Scott Mack; and his sisters, Shirley Mack and Emma Reed. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Jones Mack; his children, Jackie Jones (Nancy), Harley Richeal and Cynthia Caldwell (Donald); and his siblings, Janice Mack, Jonell Mack and James Mack. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
